Spacious room, friendly staff, the breakfast at the next-door hotel was perfect for our needs as a family with children, and the location provided easy beach access.
Not a single complaint.

wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
The deluxe twin room was spacious, featuring a balcony with a view and a comfy seating area. The air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom had free toiletries and hairdryer. The beach is just across the road. The pool was clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent at the next door hotel.

The location is a major highlight, right on beach road with quick access to transportation options. However, the room showed signs of neglect, with cracks and damage that need attention, and there was no lock on the bathroom door, which was odd. Additionally, the service was sluggish, with late room service and a lack of responsiveness from staff when issues were reported.

The room decor was charmingly themed like a cruise ship, and the staff were friendly, especially Nucci, who always greeted me with a smile. However, the room service left much to be desired, with limited food options after hours. Overall, a pleasant stay despite a few inconveniences.

Helpful staff during check-in.
Upon arrival, my room was in terrible condition. There were scratching marks all over the floor, making it look filthy. The breakfast options were extremely limited, and when I requested a spicy omelet, they simply refused, stating it wasn't available.

The unique cruise-ship design throughout gives an interesting vibe that's hard to miss. The spacious rooms offer fantastic views, especially from the balconies, making it a decent spot to unwind after a day out.
Unfortunately, the hotel shows signs of neglect. The water pressure fluctuates, making it tricky to enjoy a consistent shower, and the noise from outside ventilation ruins the balcony experience. While the pool area is redesigned for kids, it limits space for adults who want to swim or relax. Plus, the breakfast setup is chaotic, with insufficient machines and limited options. My room felt worn and lacked some basic cleanliness, not really matching the premium price tag. Also, the absence of a minibar in the higher-end rooms adds to the disappointment given the expectations.
